Vedic Meditation is secular. It does not follow any one religion. It is more of a process of finding balance within yourself. Vedic Mediation is conducted weekly in Kirkwood. You can immerse yourself in a calming environment. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced meditator, this event is open to all levels.
