Dr. Upadhaya Strong is interested in providing Integrative Medicine and Functional Medicine services in Nepal. Maya Luna Consulting can help companies and organizations implement Integrative and Functional medical approaches. For example, Integrative medicine is an approach to medical care that recognizes the benefit of combining conventional therapies (such as drugs and surgery) with complementary therapies (such as acupuncture, Ayurveda, homeopathy and yoga). While Functional medicine is a systems biology–based approach that focuses on identifying and addressing the root cause of disease. Function medicine is personalized medicine. It can also utilize conventional therapies, complementary therapies and personalized supplementation and dietary recommendations.
During the daylight hours, Dr. Pratistha Upadhaya Strong practices and implements Integrative and Functional Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri, USA. During the off hours, Dr. Pratistha Upadhaya Strong was to share the benefits of her health care experience in her home country of Nepal.
