Cost of services

Simplicity and transparency are key.

  • I have a direct pay model, in other words, I am direct primary care. Fee for service.
  • I do not take insurance. However, if you have labs or imaging that you want to apply to insurance, we can make that happen–it all depends on your detectable.
  • My fee is $200 per half-hour. Usual initial 30 min visits are about that. If you want to talk more, 60 min = $400 or less, 15 min = $100–that is up to you. If we run over, I usually keep us honest.
  • For high users, I have an optional monthly plan for $900.
  • My concierge practice does not have a retainer fee.
  • I accept cash, all major credit cards, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA). If you are a small business owner, please sign up with FSA/HSA. They will save you pretax dollars!
  • I also accept patients that are members of Healthcare Sharing Programs.
  • There are no discounts offered on administrative fees and medications/supplements.

Part of the profits of my clinic go to help rural Nepal.
